Will it file issues or reply to users on its own?
No. It drafts the issues and replies and you approve them, unless you set a written standing rule, such as auto-filing crash reports that have 3 or more reports.
How does it handle duplicate reports?
It matches each new report to existing bugs and keeps a running count, so you see one issue with 23 affected users instead of 23 separate messages.
Does it put users' personal info in my issue tracker?
No. Tracker issues get anonymized quotes and counts; handles and contact details stay only in the private reports log in the bot's workspace.
Will it act without asking me?
No. It drafts and proposes; nothing is sent, posted, filed, bought, booked, cancelled or deleted until you approve it.
Is my data shared anywhere?
No. Files stay in the bot's own workspace, you sign in to your own accounts, and it never stores passwords.
