FAQ

Does it write the findings for me?

It writes up only what you recorded in your notes, voice memos and photos. It never adds a finding, measurement or cause you didn't note, and it asks when something is unclear.

Which standards of practice does it follow?

Yours. Give it InterNACHI, ASHI or your state's standards (including any state-required form) and it builds a checklist so every required item is described or marked not inspected with a reason.

Does it work with Spectora or HomeGauge?

It drafts in your template's section order and gives you text blocks and captions you can paste into Spectora, HomeGauge, ISN, Palm-Tech or a document, or a finished PDF if you work outside those tools.

Where does it get property details?

From the public county assessor or recorder site, your own records or an MLS export an agent gives you, or an optional property-data API key you supply. It never scrapes Zillow, Redfin or Realtor.com, and what you observe on site always wins.

Will it act without asking me?

No. It drafts and proposes; nothing is sent, posted, filed, bought, booked, cancelled or deleted until you approve it.

Is my data shared anywhere?

No. Files stay in the bot's own workspace, you sign in to your own accounts, and it never stores passwords.
