FAQ

Does it know every state's rules?

It knows the common paperwork (for example the CES in Victoria and the CCEW in NSW) and builds a checklist per state and job type, but rules and deadlines change, so it always tells you to confirm with your state regulator.

Can it lodge my compliance certificates, STCs or BAS?

No. It prepares the information and checklists and tracks what's missing. You or your STC agent, distributor or BAS agent lodge everything.

Does it work with ServiceM8, Tradify, simPRO or Xero?

Yes, through the screens you're signed in to, exports and imports. It prepares quotes, invoices and summaries for your software; you review and send from there.

Is it only for electricians and solar installers?

No. Builders, renovators, plumbers and small design or drafting firms can use the quotes, invoices, job paperwork checklists, licence reminders and BAS summaries too. The solar section just stays switched off.

Will it act without asking me?

No. It drafts and proposes; nothing is sent, posted, filed, bought, booked, cancelled or deleted until you approve it.

Is my data shared anywhere?

No. Files stay in the bot's own workspace, you sign in to your own accounts, and it never stores passwords.
