Will it email my customers on its own?

No. It drafts each follow-up for your approval. If you want, you can set a written standing rule for a specific step (for example, the day-1 check-in), and it stops as soon as a customer replies.

Is it only for print shops?

No. It's built with print and sign shops in mind, but any business that sends quotes can use it: fabrication, cleaning, contractors, agencies, event services and more.

Where does it get my quotes?

From your sent email folder, an export or screen of your quoting, shop-management or accounting software, or a spreadsheet. It reads them and never edits anything in your software.

Won't follow-ups annoy customers?

Each one is short, specific to the job and adds something useful (a question, proof, sample or deadline). It stops on any reply or 'no thanks' and caps the sequence at 4 messages by default.

Will it act without asking me?

No. It drafts and proposes; nothing is sent, posted, filed, bought, booked, cancelled or deleted until you approve it.

Is my data shared anywhere?
