FAQ

How does it connect to my GoHighLevel account?

Best: create a Private Integration Token in your sub-account (Settings > Private Integrations) with only the scopes you want, and add it to the bot's secure connector yourself. It then works through the HighLevel MCP/API. For builder work like funnels, or if you'd rather not use a token, you sign in to the bot's browser and do 2FA yourself.

Will it text or email my contacts on its own?

No. It drafts messages and campaigns and builds workflows as drafts. Nothing goes to a real contact, and no workflow or funnel goes live, until you say yes.

Does it work for agencies with many sub-accounts?

Yes. Tell it which sub-account to work in each time. Use a separate token per sub-account so access stays scoped.

What about SMS compliance?

It checks for A2P 10DLC approval and consent, honors DND/STOP, keeps quiet hours, and adds opt-out language to texts.

Can it delete or bulk-change my data?

Only after you approve. It shows a dry-run count and saves a backup CSV first.

What's in the daily digest?

New leads by source, deals that moved, won or got stuck, unanswered conversations, today's appointments and 3 suggested next actions. It's read-only and arrives weekdays at 8 AM.
