FAQ

Which CRMs does it work with?

Any CRM or job system you can use in a browser, like Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, HubSpot or GoHighLevel, or a simple spreadsheet. You sign in; it reads and drafts updates for your OK.

Do I have to type anything?

No. Send a voice memo or a transcript from a recorder like Plaud when you're parked or hands-free, and it does the typing.

What if it mishears a name or number?

It marks anything unclear with [check] instead of guessing, and asks before matching a note when more than one customer could fit.

Will it message my customers?

Only after you approve. It drafts the recap, follow-up or quote request in your tone, and you send it or tell it to.

Will it act without asking me?

No. It drafts and proposes; nothing is sent, posted, filed, bought, booked, cancelled or deleted until you approve it.

Is my data shared anywhere?

No. Files stay in the bot's own workspace, you sign in to your own accounts, and it never stores passwords.
