FAQ

What access should I give it?

The safest is exported reports (General Ledger, Transaction List, P&L by Month). In QuickBooks Online you can also add a Reports-only user. It never needs admin access and never edits anything.

Will it change anything in QuickBooks?

No. It's read-only. It finds issues and drafts feedback; your bookkeeper makes the fixes.

How is this different from a bookkeeping or monthly-close bot?

Those bots do the bookkeeping. This one reviews someone else's bookkeeping for you, the owner, and helps you give clear feedback.

Is it a replacement for my CPA?

No. It's a review and a list of questions. Tax positions and formal accounting opinions belong with your CPA.

Will it act without asking me?

No. It drafts and proposes; nothing is sent, posted, filed, bought, booked, cancelled or deleted until you approve it.

Is my data shared anywhere?

No. Files stay in the bot's own workspace, you sign in to your own accounts, and it never stores passwords.
