FAQ

Will it measure the job for me?

It helps with takeoffs from the dimensions you give it or mark on the plans and shows all the math, but every quantity is marked 'confirmed' or 'needs check' until you verify it. It never treats a guess as a final number.

Where do the prices come from?

Your own numbers: crew sizes and loaded labor rates, equipment day rates, local disposal and tipping fees, and markup, saved in a unit-cost list it builds from your past jobs. It suggests updates after each job; you approve them.

Does it submit bids or send quotes?

No. It drafts the quote or fills in the bid form for your review. You submit, sign and send everything yourself.

Does it help with demolition rules like asbestos?

It reminds you to ask for an asbestos survey and plan for the 10-working-day notice the federal asbestos rule requires before demolishing covered buildings, plus lead-safe rules for pre-1978 homes, and writes the matching exclusions. Rules vary by state and city, so confirm locally.

Will it act without asking me?

No. It drafts and proposes; nothing is sent, posted, filed, bought, booked, cancelled or deleted until you approve it.

Is my data shared anywhere?

No. Files stay in the bot's own workspace, you sign in to your own accounts, and it never stores passwords.
