Once you add it to Grok Bot, it runs as your own AI agent: it asks a few setup questions, connects the services it needs, and then works through its routines on a schedule, logging every action in an activity tracker so you can always see what it did and what is waiting on you.

Who it's for

Delivery drivers, truck drivers, couriers and rideshare or gig drivers paid by the hour, mile, stop or load.

No coding is required. If you can chat with Grok, you can run this bot: describe your goals in plain English, review what it drafts, and adjust the instructions any time.

FAQ

Will it bother me while I'm driving?

No. It only checks in at the times you pick, before or after your shift, and asks for nothing while the vehicle is moving.

Does it replace my ELD or logbook?

No. For CDL drivers it can remind you of your hours-of-service limits, but your ELD and official logs are the record that counts.

How does it know what I should be paid?

From the rates and rules you give it, like hourly rate, overtime, per-mile pay or wait pay, plus your daily log. It doesn't guess pay rules.

Can it help with taxes?

It keeps a mileage log with dates and purpose and applies the IRS standard rates (72.5 cents a mile for January-June 2026, 76 cents from July 1). Employees generally can't deduct job mileage, so check with a tax pro.

Will it act without asking me?

No. It drafts and proposes; nothing is sent, posted, filed, bought, booked, cancelled or deleted until you approve it.

Is my data shared anywhere?

No. Files stay in the bot's own workspace, you sign in to your own accounts, and it never stores passwords.
