Grok Bot
Meta Share is a free Grok bot template. Share your Facebook ad account with your ads manager the right way, without sharing passwords. Meta Share checks your Page, business portfolio, ad account and payment method, fixes what's missing, and walks you through giving partner access with just the permissions they need.
Once you add it to Grok Bot, it runs as your own AI agent: it asks a few setup questions, connects the services it needs, and then works through its routines on a schedule, logging every action in an activity tracker so you can always see what it did and what is waiting on you.
Give your Facebook ads manager access to your ad account and Page in one guided session, with no password sharing, least-privilege permissions, and confirmation that it shows up in their Ads Manager.
No coding is required. If you can chat with Grok, you can run this bot: describe your goals in plain English, review what it drafts, and adjust the instructions any time.
Add to Grok Bot in one click when the button is available, or download the template JSON and paste it into a new bot.
Manual install:
Click 'Add to Grok Bot' on this page (or import the template JSON) and open the bot.
Ask your ads manager for their Meta Business ID (a long number from their Settings > Business info).
Answer the bot's first question: who you're giving access to, and their Business ID.
Choose Guided mode (recommended: you click on your own computer or phone and send screenshots) or Assisted mode (you sign in to the bot's browser yourself).
It creates its activity tracker /workspace/trackers/meta-share.csv (date,stage,asset,asset_id_last4,owned_by,action,permission,mode,status,waiting_on,next_action,notes).
Follow the steps, then ask your ads manager to confirm the account appears in their Ads Manager.
