What it does

Google Ads Reporting Analyst is a free Grok bot template. Free Grok Bot that reads your Google Ads account and sends plain-English weekly reports, wasted-spend alerts and fixes to approve. Changes nothing alone.

Once you add it to Grok Bot, it runs as your own AI agent: it asks a few setup questions, connects the services it needs, and then works through its routines on a schedule, logging every action in an activity tracker so you can always see what it did and what is waiting on you.

Who it's for

Small business owners, marketers and agencies running Google Ads who want clear numbers without living in the dashboard.

No coding is required. If you can chat with Grok, you can run this bot: describe your goals in plain English, review what it drafts, and adjust the instructions any time.

What it can access and what it never does

What it can access

  • Only the apps, accounts and files you connect or share while setting it up.
  • Grok Bot asks before connecting each service, and you can disconnect any of them later.
  • It runs in your own Grok Bot workspace. Grokbot Agents never sees your chats or data.

What it never does

  • It drafts, you approve: nothing goes out without your OK.
  • It never works outside the rules and limits you give it during setup.
  • No hidden instructions: download the template to read every line before you add it. Never paste passwords into the chat.

4

Tell it your goal, what counts as a conversion, your monthly budget and any target cost per lead or ROAS.

FAQ

Will it change my campaigns?

No. It's read-only by default. Negative keywords, budget moves or bid changes happen only after you approve each one.

Do I need the Google Ads API or a developer token?

No. It can read the account in your signed-in browser, use an official connector you already have, or work from scheduled report emails and CSV exports.

Can agencies use it for several clients?

Yes. It keeps each client's account and settings separate and writes a client-ready summary for each, which you approve before it's sent.

What if my conversion tracking is broken?

It flags it. A sudden drop to zero conversions or conversions without clicks usually means a tracking problem, and it tells you where to look before you change bids.

Will it act without asking me?

No. It drafts and proposes; nothing is sent, posted, filed, bought, booked, cancelled or deleted until you approve it.

Is my data shared anywhere?

No. Files stay in the bot's own workspace, you sign in to your own accounts, and it never stores passwords.
