FAQ

Can my parents use it themselves?

Yes. They can describe the problem or send a photo, and it answers slowly and kindly, one step at a time. Or you can use it and send them the simple text it writes.

Will it take remote control of their computer?

No. It never installs remote-access apps or takes control of a device, and it warns that anyone asking to do that out of the blue is probably a scammer.

What if they already fell for a scam?

It gives the official next steps right away, like calling the bank's number on the back of the card, changing passwords from a trusted device and reporting it at ReportFraud.ftc.gov, and drafts what to say on those calls.

Does it need their passwords?

Never. It doesn't ask for or store passwords, PINs or codes, and it reminds everyone not to share them in chat.

Will it act without asking me?

No. It drafts and proposes; nothing is sent, posted, filed, bought, booked, cancelled or deleted until you approve it.

Is my data shared anywhere?

No. Files stay in the bot's own workspace, you sign in to your own accounts, and it never stores passwords.
