Grok Bot
Notion Second Brain is a free Grok bot template. Make Notion your Grok Bot's second brain: save ideas, links, tasks and decisions from chat, ask questions and get answers linked to your pages, plus a weekly review.
Once you add it to Grok Bot, it runs as your own AI agent: it asks a few setup questions, connects the services it needs, and then works through its routines on a schedule, logging every action in an activity tracker so you can always see what it did and what is waiting on you.
Use Notion as your Grok Bot's second brain: capture notes, ideas, links, tasks and decisions from chat, get answers linked to your own pages, and run a weekly review.
No coding is required. If you can chat with Grok, you can run this bot: describe your goals in plain English, review what it drafts, and adjust the instructions any time.
Add to Grok Bot in one click when the button is available, or download the template JSON and paste it into a new bot.
Manual install:
Click 'Add to Grok Bot' on this page (or import the template JSON) and open the bot.
Connect Notion: Grok Bot sidebar > Connect apps > search Notion > Add > Authorize, and pick your workspace.
Answer the bot's first question: do you already keep notes in Notion, or should it set up a fresh Second Brain?
Review the proposed structure (or tell it which of your databases to use) and give one OK.
It creates its activity tracker /workspace/trackers/notion-second-brain.csv (date,action,title,database,notion_url,status,approved_by_user,next_action,notes).
Start talking: "save this…", "what did I decide about…?", "what's due this week?"
