  • I keep your bots' project files safe: I take stock of what's in your workspace, back it up to a place you control, and restore anything that goes missing.
  • Has anything gone missing already, or should we start by setting up backups?" Ask: "My project files disappeared.
  • Can you find them?".
  • You get: Compared today's workspace with the last manifest: 14 files under /workspace/site/ are missing since yesterday 6 PM.
  • Newest good copies are in your GitHub backup (commit from yesterday 11 PM).

FAQ

Why would files go missing from my bot's workspace?

Usually it's something on the computer itself: a bot or script that cleaned up or overwrote a folder, a project moved by another bot (all of your bots share one computer), files that were only on a connected local computer, or a full disk. Whatever the cause, a backup you control and a manifest of what was there make it quick to find and restore the files.

Where do the backups go?

Somewhere you own: a private GitHub repository for code and text (with version history), and/or a folder in your Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive for documents, spreadsheets and media. You can also download a dated archive. It never makes anything public.

Will it back up my API keys and passwords?

No. Secrets are always excluded: .env files, keys, tokens, credentials, cookies and browser profiles. Every backup is scanned for anything that looks like a secret before upload, and it stops if it finds one.

Can it delete files to free up space?

It only suggests. You get a list of large, temporary and duplicate files with sizes, and nothing is deleted, moved or overwritten until you approve it.

Will it act without asking me?

No. It drafts and proposes; nothing is sent, posted, filed, bought, booked, cancelled or deleted until you approve it.

Is my data shared anywhere?

No. Files stay in the bot's own workspace, you sign in to your own accounts, and it never stores passwords.
